Hyuro was a female artist from Argentina who worked and lived in Valencia. Her mural in Ostend is a giant painting of a headless woman who tries to repair an old vase. The woman represents the public opinion that tries to keep Flanders and Wallonia together. The young artist passed away in 2020.
