For ‘The Crystal Ship’, Montgomery wrote a poem about the ecological crisis in his own patented font. Firstly, the artist painted the wall white; secondly, he used adhesive letters and finally, he painted it all black. This work of art for ‘The Crystal Ship’ is even the first one he ever created in the open air.
